I have multiple food intolerances and want to go vegan. Will this program work for me? 

This is the only vegan-focused program developed for those who are unable to have gluten, grains, or beans and has loads of yummy plant-based recipes that are free from nightshades and other common food intolerances. While some recipes may contain these items, they are easy to swap out and you can ask questions in my Facebook group and get real-time support in creating a diet that is suited to your needs.

I have a busy schedule. Can I go through this program at my own pace? 

Totally! You will have access for the lifetime of this program and be able to look through your materials anytime you desire. Most people find the weekly emails are also helpful at picking up 1-2 tools each week without feeling overwhelmed by information.  

My family is hesitant about going completely plant-based. Is this program suitable for those who are not ready to go ‘all in’ or for those that are picky eaters? 

Yep! Picky eaters welcome and there is no expectation that you become vegan. You can easily make adjustments to most recipes. You will learn simple swap-outs and ways to make this program work for you.

Is this program vegan?

Yes, with the exception of the mention of raw honey available as an option in a few recipes.

Do you have a payment plan?

Sure do! We offer one payment of $997 OR 6 payments of $189.   

I can’t ever seem to stick to a food plan. How is this program different?

I’m so happy you asked! At Color Me Kale, we do not believe there is perfection in eating or in health. Most programs fail because you expect to adopt too many new habits at once. We encourage you to reach outside of your comfort zone but not so far that you feel overwhelmed. 

I don't know if I'm ready to go vegan yet, but I know I need to clean up my diet and make better choices, is this for me?
